Management consultant
Michael Noonan joined the PRS Foundation Board of Trustees in 2001. He is a management consultant with professional experience in the banking, financial services and retail sectors. He has worked in the UK, Europe, Turkey, Japan and China where he has been responsible for managing programmes of major change for large organisations.
Although his professional background is in organisational development, change and and programme management, information technology and finance, he has a wide variety of interests in literature, music and the fine arts.
